Add Drafts Feature

Make it like v3rmillion where you can save threads for drafts, sometimes people wanna make long threads but don't want the website refreshing itself or they wanna finish it later.

Super good idea cuz i made a thread yesterday and if i could save it it would actually have words but i had to go so i had to start over i just decided to put the images instead.
