Bot check for VT

So here is my concept:
On each thread in the ROBLOX section, check if its a thread for a new exploit
ways i would do that:
1. make tags and if someone puts the RELEASE tag its an exploit thread
2. check for keywords such as new, exploit and v[something], then build a score
3. do step 2 but with some AI (brain.js for javascript)
then, check if there is a VT (only if its a new exploit thread)
how i would do that:
check for each links and for each links check if there is at least one with virustotal.com as domain
if for some reason the person did not put a VT, make it not possible for the person to publish the thread and write a warning
if the person somehow bypasses it, mods can delete the thread.
Is it possible to do that?

Yes, it's possible. The bot detects if there are blacklisted words in the post, so the bot should be able to detect if there is a VirusTotal in the thread.

@Wabz Ik but after I read technically yes you could have don't it with one if statement because I didn't mean for example to block the bypasses I mean to just block the word itself
