The software provided on the website is as-is, to ensure the safety and legitimacy of the software is not the sole responsibility of whoever maintains the exploit section and the software provided on the website. When using software that is proprietary, closed-source and in a lot of cases illegal, it is in your own interests to take precautions, do research and investigate in order to come to a conclusion about what software can be trusted to be able to run on your computer.

Any exploit can be stated to be malicious, but it does not mean anything until it has been proven in a disprovable manner, such as reverse engineering to prove the existence of malicious code or thread analysis to reveal malicious features (unintended system changes, suspicious/borderline unauthorized network activity, access to files that should not have otherwise been accessed by the software).

I disagree with this thread. This isn't the USA and no one has rights to vote on what will and won't happen to this website. This is Jon's website and if he chooses to run it this way he can.
