wearedevs is not a virus, it doesnt contain any malware. this is all a lie started by people who downloaded exploits from the website and their antivirus marked them as viruses

or they just read a ton of misinfo from sites like https://www.minitool.com/backup-tips/is-wearedevs-safe.html (dont even go there, thats all just BS that doesnt even make sense)

just read this thread: https://wearedevs.net/forum/t/572, it tells you why the exploits are marked as malware by your av and some other stuff

(that thread is made by the creator of this website btw)

Every exploit here is not a virus, I will explain in a list of what you should and shouldn't do:

Downloading exploits from forums: If you see a good ui and you are interested, do not click download right away. Ask for a virustotal, or download it and run a virustotal yourself. Most people seek to the forums to spread malicious content in disguise as a ROBLOX exploit (this is called a trojan).

Downloading exploits from the exploits page: All exploits on the exploits page are safe, you have nothing to worry about.

In conclusion: WeAreDevs spreading viruses is fake and was most likely spread by people jealous of WeAreDevs or experienced a false-positive (when you download something and your antivirus says it is a virus, when it isn't).

Those are all just false claims started by stupid people and also people who hate wearedevs (for some other reason) and try to defame it. And sometimes, they spread it to clueless new kids in the community and they think it's fact.
