Give us proof, if not your computer and specs may be low. And you may be using low-end computer, do not blame it on that exploit.

Anyway, as everyone has said, just pasting a photo of cpu usage isnt really proof of anything. You could be playing a cpu intensive game, or have 50 tabs open in chrome.
Without any more proof, id say your posting false information. If you do have more proof, I think we'd all love to see it.
