How to host JS discord bot with repl.it

i'm making a discord bot using js, and its coded within repl.it, i moved files to github (WITH THE RIGHT CONFIGURATIONS) and heroku doesnt want to host it, repl.it and uptimerobot dont want to cooperate, am i doing something wrong with either of these? ive followed tutorials extensively and it still doesnt work properly. thanks.

maybe try using Google Cloud for hosting? I see something that you get free "money" for first things. I mean, read it for yourself:

You could use an express server and go for uptimerobot
