So, I was trying to upgrade to premium and went to https://wearedevs.net/upgrade but I learned that the only option to pay here is using Credit Card So I wanted to confirm If there is a way I can actually upgrade using my Paypal

You can use any type of card, debit, credit, prepaid, etc. If you have a card linked to your PayPal use it on there. You can't use PayPal credit possibly because it IS a membership that gets renewed and isn't a one-time purchase.
That's only what I think I may not be correct.
