umm not really?

unless roblox does a big boi update regarding how their stuff works

then developers do not need to do do anything other than updating their addresses each week.

i'd appreaciate if you stop spreading false information and talking about things you do not understand.

@Oofed Well for the first week, every exploit will most likely be patched. This is due to Roblox removing all the lua addresses from the game itself. Function's wise, that is how the opperate and do the things they are supposed to do. So if Roblox was to remove all of the Lua Addresses, we couldnt use that way of making the functions therefore having to rewrite them all. A possible fix that I see in mind is if the update is too slow and Roblox reverts it. There will be fixes in the future, its just when.

@Oofed Lua functions are going to be inlined, causing the method of calling them via addresses to be abandoned. Although I doubt this will have much impact on exploits and this update might not even go through, people are right to be worried about what could happen.

That's kind of what's going to happen :)

Are you not up to date on the latest news? Roblox may inline lua functions, but of course, you have no clue what that means, so allow me to spell it out for you, an inlined function is essentially a non-existant function that pushes all the code instead of a call to the function, therefore, we cant just use addresses like we normally would. People are right to be worried here, this isn't a big effort on Roblox's part but this could be major for the exploiting community.

I'll only say this one more time, stop spreading false information :)
