Only well known creators are accepted on site. Submissions via email is what gets my attention first. There is a Google forms link on the main page which I check once in a while. Almost everybody who's been accepted had a bunch of referrals.

New creators used to be accepted, but the risk isn't worth it right now.

Your exploit needs to get popular. It also has to get to look good, so it's sort of hard.
