How much would it cost for a DLL developer (API, and everything else can be done by me. Just the C++ part)
Im looking for the following features:
- auto updater
- able to run atleast 95% of scripts
- extremely high quality
You can choose how you want to be paid. (monthly or one time)
I'm assuming it will be about $500 in total. Let me know :)

You'd need at least 420 a month to get a DLL like this. If you're still planning on buying one, contact iDev

Well, for the features you have listed, it might cost you around 600$. Monthly is a literal pain for your walltet, however one time might seem cool, but getting that much money would be hard. At least it is for me since I am from Poland.

You say 'autoupdater'? That would make the DLL price 45% higher.
Running 95% of scripts? We are talking obfuscated, functions?
I would estimate at about 250-750$ in United States Dollar.
