Is pseudo2 and index2 the same?

I have noticed something while browsing through Roblox/Luau source.

Apparently, there is now pseudo2 function that looks similar to index2 function?

Can anyone tell me the difference (if they are different) and what is the function?

@_realnickk and pseudo doesnt support positive indexes
