REQUEST Hi, I need a script that allow me to change items in my inventory like a controller (R1/L1) but with the 2 buttons on the left mouse side instead of ( 1 2 3 4...)

Anyways, if you want your keyboard left and right arrows to do something you'd have to stop roblox from processing them. You could do something like this: https://devforum.roblox.com/t/how-do-i-disable-arrow-keys/269923/3 then use userinputservice. That can also be applied for the mouse buttons.
