We have no confirmation about btools coming back so sorry to say but we don't know.

a.BinType = 2

b = Instance.new("HopperBin", game.Players.LocalPlayer.Backpack)

b.BinType = 3

I added it back about 11 hours ago. It was removed because Roblox removed hopperbins, but it looks like it came back with a deprecation note.
