You can use tweenservice to tween color

https://create.roblox.com/docs/reference/engine/classes/TweenService

i reccomend to use Sine as your easing style and Out as your easing direction.

you should check out TweenService, its basically the go to when u want to animate any property like opacity, position etc.. (strings arent supported i think)
