How does the JavaScript scam work?
Just wanted to know. I'm not going to do anything suspicious...

What are you talking about? Javascript is a coding language. Just as Lua or C++ is. There is nothing scammy about it.

you are all wrong
when you paste it in the address bar, it sends a get request to a js file which is executed. that js logs your auth token which is turned into a roblosecurity cookie, this is just ixware

@JalapenoGuy Basically they tell you to copy paste a script in the console then this script gets the value of the ROBLOXSECURITY cookie which is basically your roblox login cookie. then they might tell you to send them or maybe there is also a part of the code which is gonna send them. Tbh it would be better to make an extension for this "javascript scam" as this is more efficient.
