how tf can you make text show when a cursor/mouse hovers on a certain button?

like execute

why am i asking?

because im using pics for buttons (trying to change my style)

edit: i moved the forum to roblox because it didnt get any attraction whats so ever

There is an MouseHover event.

also im on linux, and the hover event in winforms has nothing to do with roblox
