Alright, this is incredibly easy, you need a good chip/cpu and gpu.
{Step 1} Go record yourself around a couple minutes of you yawning drinking some water, act normal.
{Step 2} Save it on your desktop or a folder (I am on mac, so desktop)
{Step 3} Go to virtual background and click video.
{Step 4} Leave the seat.
Hail HYDRA.

i use google classroom and we have to keep our camera off, if u dont wanna be there leave just keep the accout there
if u wanna do auto make some timer with code which i easy to place your cursor in a specifc place when its a specific time etc
or listen in your lessons and learn something
