as for a starter html code, it's really good buddy. also why would you need a login / signup page? Until it's a normal website with an download, about and contact website then that function is not really needed. I have some websites you could make a login / signup webpage from, but they're in php.

Also, what are you using to host a website, and if you posted it, how did you make it to go on internet? btw I'm new in launching websites to network, I'm only kinda good at making websites too.

There's a hosting app I've found. It's called XAMPP (By default, it's launching a website you can find like this: http://localhost/dashboard)

It's safe as because I am using it too. Sometimes I'm learning how to make something in html / php, sometimes I'm making my own projects. Also you would have to search in google how to upload websites to network, but I couldn't find any of those.

Also a quick tip:
If you'd like to have a custom domain, (like change the localhost to like exampledomain.com) go to hosts file located in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc. After doing that, launch the notepad as admin, edit the hosts file. If you found something like this:
127.0.0.1, change the localhost to any domain you'd like to use. It's gonna be working on all domains, just make sure it's something like that:

example.com

otherwise it may not work.

but if you'd like to publish the domain to web, you would have to purchase an domain to get an DNS record, etc.

as for hosting, your gonna have to ask the owner for that.
