You'll need to either learn how to use a game engine, make a game without one, or make your own. And also you'll need to come up with cool and unique ideas for games, and then decide on the gameplay, and come up with ways to make it replayable or somewhat "addictive".

Anddd then find judges for those games who are unbiased to the game creator or the game genre.

That's a lot of prerequsites.

What about exploit/script jam where everyone make good unique cool scripts based on theme

I'm not sure that's entirely good idea either tho but at least it makes sense in an exploiting forum
