I quit Discord a bit back, because it was pretty bad. Has it gotten better? Should I come back?

No clue, last time my account was disabled and I contacted them, it took a whole week for them to reply with a link to reset my password

@haxcollector I don't know. I got fed up of the support, the issues and the changes they made to the platform. Just made a new account though, hoping for the best.

Support is still meh, really depends on what support you need.

But I submitted a server ownership transfer request for a server I moderate because the owner is nowhere to be found.

After 3 days a real human replied to the email saying he was escalating my ticket to a team member and its been over a week now and still no response.

Their support team is really hit or miss
