Anti-DDoS doesn't let me go through

Hi, so sometimes when I am trying to enter the forum, the Anti-DDoS (or any way you call it) refreshes the page every some seconds and just doesn't let me go. Eventually, it does - after a few minutes. Is that because of a DDoS occurring or my problem?

@WRD oh also a suggestion, maybe you could do something like a real-time replies? So that you can get notified about a new message without refreshing the page, and maybe add a sound? For me sounds like a good suggestion.
