@crazy_cat You have to be very strict and specific. You can't use names if you don't tell the bot it's about a person, otherwise it will make him misunderstand. You can also train it with feeding it information. It also has a randomness of 35%

@jex It shows a "processing message" before answering, so the user knows the bot started thinking :) It usually takes between 1-3 seconds
