Make top bar sticky

lol I just realized it doesn't follow you when you scroll down, yea that gets annoying

It's not that big of an issue I don't see why it needs to be made fluid

Or, you could add something like a button that controls whether it is open or not. like its naturally sticky and you can click a button, say to the left of the notification button (on default wrd) and it will hide the bar.
