also i can't make another discord account
for personal reasons

No free VPN is good, most if not all will sell your data to some 3rd party.
If you have some extra cash, I recommend Mullvad VPN, it has tons of features that are useful for people who just want to change their IP semi-permanently to people who are serious about privacy.
If you really don't care about speed, you could use TOR theoretically but its encryption would again hinder speed.
If you have no money but still want to play with speed, use a VPN trial from known providers that have not been hacked/pwned in the last few years.
If you still don't care about privacy, just changing your IP when exploiting, a proxy is simple enough to use for this purpose. Using something like elite proxy switcher and using a proxy list will give you tons of options for changing your IP. proxies are not recommended though, as they do not encrypt your connection as VPNs do.
Keep in mind, with all these options except TOR you are trusting whoever has physical access to the end server and are also trusting the VPN/proxy provider to not be leaking your information as a part of the 14 eyes.
