2. Winforms It Seems Basic And Not Really Detail Oriented Wpf You Can Use Styles Etc To Make It What You Want (I Use Wpf)

3. Copying Code Isn't The Best Of Idea's I Recommend Not Copying Too Much And If You Do Give Credits To The Original Creator

4. I Don't Think A Lot Of C# Knowledge Is Needed When I Started Developing I Started From No Knowledge And Slowly Learned C#

Shadow API is better.

1. I think Shadow is currently the best API out. (Oxygen U aswell but it has a keysystem - people hate keysystems).

2. I used to use Winforms for my UI and switched over to WPF because it is ALOT more detail oriented. I highly recommend using WPF.

3. Coping any code at all from anywhere, or just an inspired UI design there is always that one person who'll call you a skid. You should credit the original owner of the code though.

4. You don't need that much to build a basic exploit but when you go into more complex features you want to add to your exploit, you'll need more than just basic c# knowledge.
