No Its Highly Not Recommended To Put A Key System On A Free Dll Unless Its Your Dll You Have Made. You Will Get Alot Of BackLash From Alot Of Community And The Creator Of The Dll or Api.

Let's say you have exclusive features no other exploit has, then maybe you can slide with it, most cases no. If your dll isn't public "custom" maybe, it depends on if 1 it's not pasted off something open sourced *cough* magnius *cough* and 2 how good the dll is. If it's custom and has good functions sure.

If you are using a public API like WRD, you can but it is not recommended because you did not make the DLL so you should not be making income from it, kinda unfair that you didn't put work into the DLL but you are getting money from it.

If you made the DLL, definitely, you can definitely make a key system because it seems fair for you to earn money from something you developed.
