[RELEASE] custom VEH (x86 and x64)

I made this project as an extension to another project of mine, but thought it was really cool, so I decided to make it public.
It allows you to register custom Vectored Exception Handlers that're inaccessible by modules in your program or the host program for your dll.
These custom handlers are also ran before any handlers in the host process, allowing you to basically rule all VEH and control what is passed to other handlers, etc.
There is documentation on the code usage, how it works, and the entire reverse engineering process behind it, it was a lot of fun.
