i tried to restore point because i messed up with windows theme and it gave me 0x70080026

what do i do

@boyke no that isnt the problem the problem is a theme i downloaded

i applied that theme's icons then restarted and it kept giving me black screen with cursor and cant press any key

no keys work also when i move the cursor its visible for like 3 secs then goes invisible again

try boot into recovery mode by holding shift and try reset your pc; or you will have to take it to someone to fully wipe your drive.

I think that the best way is to save all of your important accounts, passwords, files etc. on an external HDD / USB / Disk, factory resetting your PC and then installing things back again from the drive. I'm not sure how to fix this, but I'm sure it's gonna require some higher intelligence.

boot into safe mode and see if u can uninstall the theme

if not save data in safe moot and reinstall windows
