I'm very based on this but like, I personally think the past shouldn't be forgotten. Nexus may have "changed" however his previous actions aren't necessarily making him trustworthy imo.

@Rsploits I didn't know I was still so much on edge after drama that ended a year ago, all I had to do was say one word and the whole thing starts back up again.

@falseopx by the way my account isnt "banned", it's deleted. It was deleted a couple days ago because the mr 1000 guy sent a photo to a mod, who sent it to jon.

The issue with you saying logging is not malicious is when you were talking about making a whole botnet out of the wrd community. If you were trying to be satire it makes absolutely no sense. Aside from that note, even if it is the "past" you have had history with spreading potentially dangerous applications such as wine and not stating it logged information upon launch even though several people stated so.

And for the people saying "i trust this guy, its all in the past", bro you expect someone like Imperious to be trustable after his widespread rampage with malware and credit card fraud? Nexus is comparable to him in several ways which you don't understand.

"It shouldn't be remembered" bro what type of logic is this? If you expect a malicious individual to log unnecessary data on one of his applications, you gonna think "oh i shouldn't think of the past, I'm sure his next one is safe!"??

Writing this because I don't want his appeal to be accepted either. Plus he harassed me a lot in the past too and his friends occasionally harass me

This Counter-CW is not adequate

There are other things to explain Nexus. You should start off with allegations of you logging your friends, then your attempts to token log others.

It's not all about Wine Nexus.

My opinion 

Nexus has done quite a bit of suspicious things in the past (such as logging friends, logging friends, and again logging friends and innocent people), which has made him gain a bad reputation.

However, Nexus should have been banned a long time ago already. His constant addiction with logging is just not right. Even he knows it himself and he's been given many chances to improve. Nexus should remain banned. 

But Nexus is a great dev! 

I agree. Maybe we should just let the past go and be done with what happened. 

But for those that all have been here since July 2020, we all know what trouble that Nexus has caused. He may have released tons of stuff to uppen his reputation, but at the end, the past is only indicative of the future. 

Saying the past shall be not forgotten, but it shouldn't be remembered either is a highly contradictory statement which I strongly disagree with this time. We cannot keep giving Nexus chances. Infact, we've been too lenient with Nexus. 

Why I think he should remain banned

When he's given the chance to fix a mistake he made not once, but many times, he chooses to repeat the same mistake.

It doesn't matter if he doesn't have malicious purposes. People still don't like logging, and it's something Nexus will never learn.

So yea, Nexus should remain banned. I really don't see a reason to give him another chance (and how many chances did he have anyways?!)
