how do i get it back but with a new archive folder

i want to check and see if my account is banned but i cant seem to find an option to get the folder back.

how do i make roblox generate another archive folder?

i reinstalled, switched accounts, and tried using crap roblox exploits to generate the  archive folder. Nothing.
