So I Wrote It Fairly Well I Think So I Decided To Release It Very Basic But User Friendly
It Has Included 1. Spam, 2. Delete | Spam Also Has An Option For Basic Embeds With Title And Description
Might Add More Embed Options Later But If You Want Is A Viable Option For Messing With Other People's Webhooks Enjoy :)
