Ok, this is kind of a useless post but I recently got into C++ and from the start I thought it was really cool. I've been looking into DLL sources trying to understand them, and it's so cool how they work to exploit ROBLOX. Aside from the exploiting part of this community, well, exploiting it is a GREAT community for learning programming and programming amazing things. This community isn't just about exploiting, it's a community full of skilled programmers that are most likely younger than a majority of professional software programmers. This just goes to show the amazingness of this community, how young people accomplish things that some people go through High School and College just to understand. ROBLOX was created in the first place as a learning platform, and still kind of is as it allows developers to learn game development and Lua. However, I've learned more about programming and development than I have in years of being on ROBLOX.
Back to the main point, C++ is so cool, and honestly just by looking at some DLL sources I could probably rework an open sourced DLL and have it work.
If you don't know C++ yet, I encourage you to learn it not just for making DLL's, but also because it's becoming a primary language for developers to know nowadays. If you plan on going anywhere with development, learn C++.

"C++ is so cool, and honestly just by looking at some DLL sources I could probably rework an open sourced DLL and have it work."
If you mean a roblox exploit dll, um no. you'll be able to mash it together and make it work, but if you don't understand what it does then there's no point in making it and releasing it. I think your mentality in C++ is great, just make sure you understand everything you're writing.
as a C++ enthusiast myself I love seeing people getting into C++ and memory.

Yeah. I understand a majority of the code, and I'm planning on loading headhunter or something like that into visual studio to try to get a better feel for everything.
Also, I wouldn't plan on ever releasing a DLL unless I made it myself (with a little bit of help of course). And in that case, I would probably use the DLL for myself rather than releasing it publicly (not trying to be greedy lol). ðŸ‘
Also, even then, I don't plan on making a DLL yet for some reasons.

that depends on what your planning to do as a developer, c++ is cool for hobbyist's, but if your looking to get a job most companies are looking for python devs nowadays.

@luxiferrwoo "but if you don't understand what it does then there's no point in making it and releasing it." this mindset should be in every dev. personally if I dont understand important code in my project ill literally run wild until I can figure out what it does, because its not really YOUR code if you dont actually know what it does (if that makes sense) and your not gonna feel proud of your project if you never actually wrote the code while knowing what it does. thats like saying "hello" in a different language but you dont actually know your saying hello.
edit: your also never gonna improve in your skills, because you dont understand what your doing.
