Basically by "normal" I mean neg rep that shows your username, the anonymous rep can be as a default but i think its better for the user to choose if they want to hide their username

Agreed, anonymous negative reputation should be optional, i dont know why every negative rep should be hidden.

yis jon please add this so neg rep users can personally murder anyone who neg reps them

in serious matters tho still keep the anonymous user thing optional since there are some users who care for there rep like its there own life to the point they'd neg rep someone back which can be really annoying
