No. You need administrator access to disable it. Because the other ways require using registry editor and/or other methods which require admin.

How to create one:

1. Go to your parents and kneel to both of them and beg them for administrative rights.

2. If they ask why tell them: "Well I want to hacc a lego game so pls gib"

3. If they say no uhhhhhh force them at gunpoint.

Once you do those steps you'll have administrative rights or dead parents.

Install GNU/Linux.

theres a powershell command for it tho, put that in a batch file:

powershell -inputformat none -outputformat none -NonInteractive -Command Add-MpPreference -ExclusionPath "path/to/file/or/folder"
