You can make a mac exploit with c#!

But, you should have mac os with visual studio installed.

ITS REALLY EASY

Im sure you will find tutorials in youtube on how to create a mac application with c#

you need lots of knowledge to make a mac exploit. especially since you aren't using the windows api so things such as DWORD don't exist (if you're making it in cpp)
