either they can buy it due to not having any money or they are unable to pay with existing forms of payment

or they see it as a waste of money because who df would spend actual money on a lego hack you will prob only use a few times

Becuase not everyone is just handed whatever they want and dont want to waste 20$ of their money on a dumb lego cheat, sure its better than other ones but most of the time a free executer suffices.
