My friend wants to exploit with me but he can't disable AV because of MS Family, so my best guess would be to create a custom exploit API.

MS Family automatically detects "malicious" content. There's almost zero chance of him being able to get an exploit unless that security thing is disabled.
And why does he have it anyways? Parents?

I don't think there's ever been an exploit that hasn't been detected by Windows Defender
I mean Windows Defender even detects harmless ZIP files as malware

Making a custom exploit wouldn't help, Novaline even flags when I'm debugging in Visual Studio.
Also this thread reminded me of how my parents used to restrict me too
