Although it is sort of impressive how you replicated the UI, it's really nothing special. And the old Windows style is just horrible in its own right.
Whatever, there was at least some thought put into this so props for that.

its cool, rlly and "orignal" only use i see is that if ur in too those retro type of stuff where u decided to change your whole windows 10 layout into windows xp. the implementation for the styles is cool but if u wanna go full retro change the editor, monaco is abit to "modern" try somthing like this,

Horrible code, It looks like you didn't even try to make it good.. also atleast change the editor's theme or colors which is very very easy to do on monaco, but you didn't even do tha , very useless release.
