1. Go into safe mode and start looking into task manager's startup, a startup in settings, startup folder in explorer, and a startup in the registry keys and disable/remove anything that looks suspicious. It should not be able to startup anymore and you can start tracking and deleting it.

2. Turn off/disable your internet and remove it through control panel or your file explorer.
