VS professional 2022 for my C++ projects, VSC for my current project, netbeans sometimes for java, and atom for web projects but I hate how buggy some of the packages are, so when I start getting frustrated I go work on em in VSC.

Code OSS (Visual Studio Code without proprietary components) for everything. Fairly lightweight, great plugin support. IDEs like Visual Studio or Eclipse are often bloated and overrated, and only good for when you're working with bloated and overrated languages (Java for example), in which case there's some pondering to be done about your career choices.
Pair a text editor with a command line compiler or build system and you've got yourself a proper development environment :)
