[Help] How would I "improve" my UI

I don't see anything bad with my current UI, but some people have critisied it for no clear reason.
Any feedback? Should the UI be more dark? New icons, new arrangement?

The buttons are a bit big but there is nothing wrong, I like the ui. Nice job!!

ngl everything seems too closely packed together so it looks unorganised

The icons seem a lil big and packed together I reckon. Also change the close and minimize buttons mate.

I'm late to the party but just redo the whole UI man. Problems I see are:
- Everything is too closely packed together
- Button and text scaling is off
- Minimise and maximise buttons aren't great
- Icons are trash (like the worst I've seen in a long time)
- Layout is generic yet confusing (why are there buttons and a menu strip and since the menu strip has everything the buttons can do, why are there still buttons????)
- The colour scheme gives a messy, confusing, and also just a not great look in general.
