I don't know a lot about legal stuff but you seem to be treading a fine line in the "don'ts" of Microsoft's trademark guidelines.
Microsoft probably won't do anything about it, but just know that they do seem to state that they don't like people who use the names of their existing software.

@crazy_cat yh i agree the website looks bad since the format messed up the height so not everything is the same height / width : (
it was supposed to look kind of like this if everything was formatted correctly
